Of course my first post after my intro would have to be food! Not just any food, Disney food! I actually started my travel blog because I wanted to write about the food I ate at Disney a couple weeks ago. I edited all my food photos and was ready to post them on IG and I just couldn't write everything I wanted in an IG post. It was at that moment that I decided it was time to finally create my travel blog! Here are 15 foods/beverages I tried at Disney in order from least favorite to most favorite. Most of the food on my list is from the Festival of the Holidays Tasting Passport. You can get these passports for free and it is your guide to all the magical holiday treats. Unfortunately, my trip was very short and I only got to try a small portion of the offerings. These items are available from November 11, 2022 to January 8, 2023. Let me know in the comments if you tried a dish and felt differently or if you tried something I didn't get to. I do have to say that I have always been impressed with the amount of quality behind all of Disney's food for the price and amount they serve each day. I can't believe how consistent they are in all their dishes. With that being said, because Disney has such high quality taste, presentation, and consistency, when something tastes normal, it doesn't feel like it's Disney. Without further ado here are the foods I tried and how I rated them based on my tastes.
13. PopcornI'm really sad I got a not so tasty batch of popcorn. I usually love Disney popcorn, but the batch I got was soooo salty. I could not eat very many. It did make for a very pretty picture!
7. Pork Tamale Plate & GuacTortilla Jo's in Downtown Disney did not disappoint! I am from NM and I love trying different Mexican restaurants. It was so difficult to pick what to eat at this restaurant because everything sounded so good! I ended up getting a tamale, rice, beans, and guacamole. It was perfect! The chile had a good taste but was not hot which is perfect for me because I'm not huge on spice.
1. Peppermint Bark Bread PuddingHands-down this was the most delicious dessert I have ever tasted! I need a recipe to be able to recreate this dessert! I already loved Bread Pudding, but the combination of white chocolate, chocolate chips, peppermint, whipped cream, and creme anglaise just hit different! I wish I would have had this one of the other days I was in the park.

Welcome to my travel blog, my name is Danielle Diaz and I absolutely love to travel. If I could travel as my job I totally would! There are so many places I want to explore and so many things to experience and try. I have traveled to many cities in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina, and DC. I haven't really traveled abroad yet, but I would like to. I have had a travel bug all my life and just can't get enough of it. I can't wait to share my adventures with you! If you have any recs on places I should go or things I should see, drop a comment! Keep reading below for adventures I like to seek out when I am traveling.
EntertainmentI had to find a way to include Harry Potter in this post. I absolutely love the books, movie, and all the content other creators have made related to HP. I was able to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child this year in San Francisco. It was amazing and it was also the first play I had ever seen. It truly was magical. When traveling, I try to experience different types of entertainment including plays, concerts, or special events.
HikingI am a nature lover, so I also try to find hiking spots when I travel. It is so cool to be able to see different plants and animals when I hike in other cities/states. I need to get better at identifying plants/animals but I am working on that! If you have any good resources to help teach me about different plants/animals please drop it in the comment box!
I hope this overview gave you a good sense of what I will include in my blog posts when I travel! If you haven't followed me on other social media platforms please do, links below.
